Ingredients:
- °2 lbs ground meat
- °2 minced garlic cloves
- °Half a teaspoon of onion powder
- °1 pound cooked bacon, cut into pieces
- °8 eggs
- °1 cup heavy whipped cream
- °Half a teaspoon of salt
- °Half tsp ground black pepper
- °1 package (12 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese, divided
How to make a low carb cheeseburger:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Heat skillet on medium-high heat. Cook and toss beef with garlic and onion powder until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and discard the fat.
- Spread the beef on the bottom of a 9″ x 13″ casserole dish. stir in bacon bits.
- Whisking eggs, heavy cream, salt & pepper in medium bowl to well blended. Stir in 8 ounces of cheddar cheese.
- Pour egg mix on beef & bacon. Top with 4 oz of cheese.
- Bake in preheated oven until golden brown, 30 to 35 minutes.
