Former Fox News commentator John Roberts criticized the NFL’s controversial decision, calling it “a political stunt to smear patriots and turn the Super Bowl into a cultural weapon for the left.”
In a scathing on-air analysis, Roberts bluntly declared:
“Bad Bunny is not music — it’s a conspiracy. The NFL has turned America’s biggest stage into a tool to promote globalism and humiliate its loyal fans.”
Roberts’ call immediately went viral, sparking widespread outrage on social media.
Corey Lewandowski Drops Menacing ICE Threat Over Bad Bunny’s Super Bowl Show
Department of Homeland Security adviser Corey Lewandowski on Wednesday fumed over Puerto Rican superstar Bad Bunny’s headlining of the upcoming Super Bowl LX halftime show.
The longtime Donald Trump stooge also vowed that Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents will attend the NFL’s flagship game at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California, on Feb. 8, 2026, as part of the Trump administration’s ongoing crackdown on undocumented immigrants. Watch here.

“There is nowhere that you can provide safe haven to people who are in this country illegally. Not the Super Bowl and nowhere else,” Lewandowski told right-wing podcaster Benny Johnson.
We will find you,” the onetime Trump campaign manager continued. “We will apprehend you. We will put you in a detention facility, and we will deport you. So know that that is a very real situation under this administration, which is completely contrary to how it used to be.”
Bad Bunny, real name Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio, was announced as the halftime headliner on Sunday and drew immediate outrage from Trump’s MAGA base over his past criticism of the president and for performing in Spanish.
Earlier this year, the reggaeton star revealed his current world tour wouldn’t stop in the U.S. because of worries that “fucking ICE could be outside” the venues.
Lewandowski claimed it was “so shameful” that Bad Bunny had been chosen for the prestigious spot, given what he falsely claimed was the musician’s “hate” for America. “There are plenty of great bands and entertainment people out there who could be playing at that show that would be bringing people together,” the Trump stooge said, “and not separating them.”
