Ingredients:

  • 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
  • 1 cup baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 cup baby carrots
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
