  2. Soak Your Feet: Place your feet in the hydrogen peroxide and water mixture. Soak your feet for about 10-15 minutes. This soaking helps soften calluses and can help with various foot issues.
  3. Remove Dead Skin: After soaking, take a pumice stone or foot file and gently rub it over the areas with calluses and dead skin. The hydrogen peroxide will have softened the skin, making it easier to remove. Be gentle and avoid excessive rubbing, especially if you have sensitive skin.
  4. Dry Your Feet: Pat your feet dry with a clean towel. Make sure to thoroughly dry between your toes to prevent moisture buildup.
  5. Moisturize (Optional): Apply a moisturizer or foot cream to keep your feet soft and hydrated. This step is especially important if you’ve removed a lot of dead skin, as it helps prevent dryness.
