Instructions:

  1. Marinate the shrimp in Al Pastor marinade for at least 30 minutes.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the marinated shrimp until opaque and cooked through.
  3. Warm the flour tortillas and spread a layer of refried beans in the center of each tortilla.
  4. Add a portion of cooked rice onto the beans.
  5. Arrange the Al Pastor-marinated shrimp on top of the rice.
  6. Sprinkle diced pineapple, chopped cilantro, and diced red onion over the shrimp.
  7. Squeeze lime wedges over the filling for a burst of citrusy freshness.
  8. Fold the sides of the tortilla in and roll it up tightly to form the burrito.
