INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Prepare the Lemon Filling:
    • In a mixing bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and lemon zest. Stir until well combined and smooth. The mixture should be thick and creamy.
  2. Layer the Icebox Cake:
    • Spread a thin layer of the lemon filling on the bottom of a 9×9-inch baking dish or a similar-sized serving dish.
