Banana Ice Cream With Chocolate

If you haven’t already heard of the banana “nice cream” trend, it’s time to hop on the bandwagon. It is seriously delicious and a completely valid alternative to traditional ice cream.

It’s creamy and even melts like ice cream! The banana tastes surprisingly neutral as well (must be because it’s cold), making it a great base for other flavor.

I’ve tried a few healthy alternatives for decadent treats.

Ingredients:

✔ 500 ml. cream 33-35%;

✔ 100 gr. + — sugar;

✔ 5 eggs (yolks only);

✔ 3 large bananas;

How To Make Frosted Buttermilk Apple Cake Loaf

We love all things apple in the fall, apple cider, applesauce, and of course practically anything baked with apples. If there’s one way to sink our teeth into the fall season it’s with this amazing buttermilk apple loaf cake. There’s really something special about this moist cake, especially the subtle sweetness that we expect from baking with one of our favorite fruits, apples. Our buttermilk apple cake loaf is perfect for a weekend brunch, for a book club, or to send off as a care package or a welcome to a new neighbor.

Apples and cinnamon are an essential combination when it comes to creating a perfect fall flavor. The sweetness of the apple and the warm spice from the cinnamon just ooze of comfort and will make our kitchen smell absolutely amazing – we can’t think of a better aromatherapy to help us feel warm and relaxed. While these are important ingredients in the recipe, it’s the buttermilk that makes a big difference, adding the right balance of moisture to the cake, so when it comes out of the oven and cools, the cake is able to stay perfectly moist and delicious. We could skip the frosting here, but why?! A nice drizzle of a simple vanilla sugar frosting is just that little bit of added sweetness and flair.

How To Make Stuffing Balls

Want an easy stuffing recipe that can be made ahead of time and takes just a few minutes? Try my delicious Easy Sage and Onion Stuffing Balls recipe that has been in my family for decades!

THE PERFECT ACCOMPANIMENT TO ROAST MEATS
This Easy Stuffing Balls recipe is the perfect accompaniment to roast chicken, roast turkey or roast duck. I love shaping this delicious stuffing mix into cute little balls and cooking them separately. Cooking them separately means they cook really quickly and go super crispy on the outside.

This is also perfect if you have vegetarian guests, as it means they can enjoy this gorgeous stuffing too.

If you prefer, however, you can of course use the Easy Sage and Onion Stuffing mixture to stuff the neck cavity of a turkey, or to stuff the main cavity of a chicken or duck. Do remember to weigh your bird once stuffed and calculate the cooking time based on the stuffed weight.

Ingredients:

1 cup Celery Finely Chopped

½ cup Parsley Chopped

½ tbsp Ground Sage

1 ½ tsp Dried Thyme Leaves

1 tsp Kosher Salt

1 tsp Black Pepper

6 cup Low Carb Bread Toasted /Chopped

6 cup Cornbread Stuffing

1 Large Egg Slightly Beaten

1 can Chicken Broth

How To Make Oklahoma Fried Onion Burger ?

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef (preferably 80/20 for juiciness)

2 large onions, thinly sliced

Salt and pepper to taste

4 hamburger buns, toasted

Optional toppings: cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, mustard, ketchup

Instructions:

Onion Preparation: Begin by thinly slicing the onions. The thinner they are, the crispier they’ll become.

Meat Patties: Divide the ground beef into four equal portions and shape them into loose, thin patties. Season both sides with salt and pepper.

Onion Embedding: Press a good handful of the sliced onions into one side of each patty, ensuring they adhere well.

Cooking: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, place the patties onion-side-down into the skillet. This will help the onions to caramelize and infuse the beef with their flavor. Cook for about 5 minutes, then flip and cook for another 4-5 minutes, or until the beef is cooked to your liking.

Serving: Place each patty on a toasted bun and garnish with your favorite toppings.
