What’s on a classic Reuben sandwich? We loaded this Reuben up with all the essentials: toasted rye bread, corned beef, melty Swiss cheese, sauerkraut and homemade Russian dressing. If you have any leftover corned beef, this sandwich is the perfect way to use them up. No time to make corned beef? No prob—you can easily pick some up at your local deli or grocery store!

The homemade Russian dressing. One of the main stars of this classic sandwich? The Russian dressing. We included a simple, easy recipe to make it homemade, but if you’re in a pinch, store-bought will work just fine! P.S.
