🌽🍗 Dreaming of those endless summer feasts under the open sky? Picture this: laughter filling the air, savoring freshly roasted corn, and indulging in finger-licking barbecue chicken. Now, what if I told you that you could recreate that entire scene right in your kitchen, any season, without firing up the grill? Presenting: the all-in-one summer barbecue experience on a single baking sheet. It’s the essence of summer, oven-baked to perfection!
Sheet pan dinners are my jam! It’s sheer magic how a handful of ingredients tossed onto a pan metamorphose into a hearty, balanced meal post a short stint in the oven. Among the myriad of sheet pan dinners I’ve whipped up, this one truly holds a special spot. How To Make Chinese Pepper Steak

Ingredients:

4 steaks

10 g butter (or 2 Teaspoons)

8 cl of dry white wine (or 1.6 teaspoons)

5 teaspoons of whole liquid cream ( 30% fat )

1 dash of mustard

Pepper from the mill

2 Tablespoons of mignonette pepper

1 teaspoon of veal stock

1/4 teaspoons of cognac or champagne

2 tbsp. grapeseed oil

Salt or fine salt

Preparation:

  1. In a plate put a little salted oil and in another the mignonette of white pepper.
  2. Pass each steak in the oil and then in the mignonette (this is a little trick to keep the pepper well stuck to the meat).
  3. Heat a frying pan over high heat with a knob of butter and a tablespoon of grapeseed oil, then when the steaks are ready to be milled, place them in the pan and sear them well on both sides.
  4. When the cooking will meet your expectations (blue, rare, or medium-rare) remove them to a separate dish, cover them with aluminum foil to keep them warm, and let the meat rest so that the juices can be released and the meat can tenderize.

How To Make BEEF QUESADILLAS

These Beef Quesadillas are an explosion of flavor! From the perfectly-seasoned ground beef dotted with crisp corn and a sweet bell pepper to the gooey, melted cheese and finally to the crisp tortillas — every bite is spectacular!

Since getting an air fryer, quesadillas and grilled cheese sandwiches have been two of our frequent “go-tos” for lunches or quick dinners. The kids love ’em, I can’t get enough of them, and they’re quick and easy with minimal clean-up! The texture imbued on the tortillas or sandwich bread after air frying is unbeatable — and especially when considering they aren’t being fried in oil.

Ingredients:

1lb ground beef

½ cup refried beans

1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies (drained)

½ teaspoon dried oregano

½ teaspoon ground cumin

2 teaspoons chili powder

½ teaspoon sal

4 (8 inch) flour tortillas

Butter (for spreading)

2 cups Mexican cheese blend

How To Make Crispy Butter Chicken

Crispy butter chicken is an easy oven baked fried chicken with just a few ingredients in 30 minutes that your kids will LOVE!

There’s more than one way to fry a chicken. I’ve done Crispy Fried Chicken, Pioneer Take-Out Fried Chicken and Oven Fried Chicken, and crispy butter chicken is next in line.

This is an easy recipe to make on weeknights or when you don’t want to spend a lot of time cooking. Crunchy, crispy and with a rich taste you’d swear comes from a fancy restaurant, butter chicken is sure to be one of your new favorite recipes.

The thing I love about this recipe is the quick and easy dinner it makes. We keep the cracker crumbs ready ahead of time. If you want to crush a box of Ritz crackers ahead of time and keep them in your pantry, this recipe will take you less time to prepare than it takes for your oven to heat up!

I also use 6 ounce chicken breasts for this recipe, so if your chicken is much larger you may need to increase your cooking time. Some grocery stores sell chicken breasts that can weigh over 10 ounces each, so just be aware that you need to cook to doneness versus only following the time listed.

Ingredients:

2 large eggs beaten

1 cup Ritz cracker crumbs

1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

4 chicken breasts , boneless skinless (6 ounces each)

1/2 cup butter , cut into pieces
