°6 ounces (170g) coarsely chopped bacon

How To Make The BEST SALISBURY STEAK
Ingredients:
- 2 pounds Ground Beef About 70 percent lean and 30 percent fat
- 1 medium Onion chopped
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tbsp Milk cold
- 1 tsp Dried Italian Herbs
- 2/3 cup White Breadcrumbs
- 2/3 tbsp Beef Bouillon Powder
- 1 1/3 cup Onion Soup canned or leftover
- ½ cup Water
- 1 tbsp Butter
- Kosher Salt to taste
- Freshly cracked pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish

Mix eggs, milk, beef bouillon powder, salt, and pepper to taste in a medium bowl.

Add onion and bread crumbs to the egg mixture and mix to hydrate the breadcrumbs.

BEEF STROGANOFF CASSEROLE
Ingredients:
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup.
- 1 can cream of chicken soup.
- 8 oz of sour cream.
- 12 oz of uncooked egg noodles.
- 1 pound of ground beef.
- ⅓ cup of grated parmesan cheese.
HOW TO:
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef and drain off the fat.
- Cook the noodles according to the package instructions and drain off water.
- In a bowl, mix together the soups and sour cream until well combined then add in the beef and noodles.
- Place the mixture in a 10×13 casserole dish and cover with foil.
- In a preheated oven to 350° bake for 30 to 40 minutes and top with parmesan cheese.
