Copycat Texas Roadhouse Steak Recipe

Instructions:

1. Place all the ingredients in a sealed ziplock bag. Seal the bag tightly and shake to combine all the flavors.
2. Generously coat each steak (front and back) with the seasoning mixture.

4. Preheat your grill to 400 degrees F.
5. Spray the grill grates with oil or wipe them with oil (vegetable, olive, or canola oil).
6. Place the steaks on the hot grill and cook for 3-5 minutes, adjusting based on your preferred doneness.
7. Flip the steaks over and grill for an additional 3-5 minutes, achieving the desired level of preparation.
