How To Make RANGOON CRAB EGGERS

Ingredients:

  • 2 (8 ounces) Doses of cream cheese
  • 1-2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon of onion-garlic powder
  • 3 spring onions, chopped
  • ½ pounds, white Crab meat, cooked , as flakes or diced
  • 8 to 10 packs of spring rolls
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Preparation:

Step 1:

Cottage cheese with dried vegetables, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder and green onion in a food processor and chop several times, until well combined, then stir in the crab meat.
