Lemon Pepper Oven-Braised Ribs

Ingredients:

  • 2 racks of baby back ribs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon pepper seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1 cup chicken or beef broth
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Prepare the ribs: Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs (if it’s still attached) and pat the ribs dry with paper towels. Place them on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
