Stuffed Meatloaf on the Stovetop

How to make baked meatloaf:

Place the stuffing and 1 cup hot water in a medium bowl.

Let the filling rest for 5 minutes.

In another medium bowl, combine 1 package brown sauce with 1 cup cold water.

Add the minced meat and egg and mix well (it’s easiest to do this with your hands, I know that sucks).

After the filling has been left to rest for 5 minutes, mix it with the minced meat mixture.

Grease a baking sheet with non-stick spray and then pour the ground meat mixture into it.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes or until the inside is no longer pink.

After cooking, let it rest for about 5 minutes, then turn the dish upside down onto a plate.

Serve with mashed potatoes and brown gravy in the center of the meatloaf.
