Stuffed Meatloaf on the Stovetop

Ingredients:

1 package baked stuffing (use any of your favorite flavors, I prefer chicken, but savory herb stuffing works too!)

1 cup hot water

2 packages brown gravy mix (one for the center of the meatball and one for the top )

1.5 pounds ground beef

1 cup cold water

2 large eggs, beaten

How to make baked meatloaf:

Place the stuffing and 1 cup hot water in a medium bowl.

Let the filling rest for 5 minutes.

In another medium bowl, combine 1 package brown sauce with 1 cup cold water.

Add the minced meat and egg and mix well (it’s easiest to do this with your hands, I know that sucks).
