- Arrange the chicken thighs in the base of the slow cooker.
- Spread the following over the chicken thighs:
- 1 packet au jus gravy mix
- 1 package buttermilk ranch dressing (0.4 oz)
- Avoid adding water or any other liquid.
- Chop up the stick of Land-o-Lakes salted butter and lay it over the top.
- Place the pepperoncini peppers on top of the chicken thighs. Do not add water or any other liquid.
- Cook on low for 5-6 hours in the crockpot.
- Serve the deliciously cooked chicken thighs over rice or mashed potatoes for a satisfying meal.
