+Cookies
In a bowl sift the flour and baking powder together, set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, grease the butter and sugar together.
Add the eggs one by one, and mix well. Mix the vanilla. Add the flour mixture.
Knead until the dough is solid and not sticky, adding more flour if necessary.
Refrigerator 1 hour.
Cut a small amount of dough and wrap on a floured surface into 6 inch slices.
Spin in shape and put on greased cookie sheets.
Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes (the bottom should be slightly brown but the peaks should remain light).
Remove cookies to a wire shelf and cool completely before glazing.
+Ice
Combine the Icing ingredients in a bowl until smooth. You want it thicker than thin, but it’s still liquid.
Dip the cooled cookie tops into the glaze, then return to the wire shelf, allowing the glaze to drip on the sides of the cookie.
Top with sprinkles, when glaze is still wet.
