Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 pound ground mild Italian sausage
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup cracked pepper (I used orange, I had that in the freezer)
- 1 tsp . Olive oil
- 1 tbsp.Worcestershire sauce
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 tsp. Oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon Basil
- 1/2 teaspoon Parsley
- 1 egg, beaten
- 3/4 T. Italian breadcrumbs
- 2 slices white bread, crumbled
- 1 T.Milk
- 8 ounces shredded mozzarella, reserving 3/4 C for garnish
- 1/4 C. Parmesan
- 1 C. Marinara sauce, plus 1/2 -3/4 C.more for the glaze
