Ingredients:
Canned Croissant Sandwiches
1 C. Sauerkraut, drained
¼ C.Thousand Island Sauce
½ pound corned beef, chopped
8 slices Swiss cheese
How to make:
Place the dough in a crescent shape on a lightly floured surface and divide in half.
Press the perforated edges of the dough together.
Roll out half of the dough into a rectangle about 30 cm long.
Place the dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper or silicone mat and bake for 10 minutes.
Remove the crust from the oven and place four slices of Swiss cheese on top.
Mix sauerkraut and Thousand Island dressing in a bowl.
Place the corned beef on top of the Swiss cheese and spread the sauerkraut mixture on top.
Place four more slices of Swiss cheese on top.
Roll out the other half of the dough and spread it over the filling, pressing the edges together.
Bake for another 20 minutes until golden brown.
