Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup finely chopped bell pepper
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, ketchup, chopped onion, chopped bell pepper, egg, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Divide the meat mixture evenly into the muffin cups, pressing it down slightly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Remove from the oven and let the mini meatloaves rest for a few minutes before serving.
