How To Make Mini Meatloaf in a Muffin Tin

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped bell pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, ketchup, chopped onion, chopped bell pepper, egg, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Divide the meat mixture evenly into the muffin cups, pressing it down slightly.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  5. Remove from the oven and let the mini meatloaves rest for a few minutes before serving.
