Steps:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a skillet with cooking spray. Heat it over high heat and add diced onions, roasting for a couple of minutes.

- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 15 minutes or until the mixture is heated through and starts to bubble.
- Remove from the oven. In a bowl, whisk together sour cream and the remaining cheese until fully combined.
- Pour the sour cream and cheese mixture over the top of the casserole. Bake for another 15 minutes or until the cheese melts and the casserole starts to bubble.
