How to Make Baked Cauliflower:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Cook the cauliflower and chopped garlic in water over medium heat on the stove. Continue cooking and let cook for 15 minutes.

Drain the cauliflower and place it in the blender or food processor.

In a blender or food processor, add heavy cream, whipped butter, chives, salt and pepper to taste. Mix until the mixture is still slightly lumpy and well blended.

Spread the cauliflower mixture evenly over the bottom of a well-greased baking dish.

Sprinkle the cauliflower with crumbled bacon and grated cheese. Cook for 5 minutes until the cheese melts and serve sprinkled with chopped scallions for garnish.
