How To Make Bacon Stuffed French Toast

Instructions:

  1. Cook bacon until crispy, then chop or crumble it into small pieces.
  2. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese with 1/4 cup maple syrup until smooth.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture onto half of the bread slices. Top with a generous sprinkle of bacon and then cover with the remaining bread slices to create sandwiches.

  5. Heat butter in a pan over medium heat.

  7. Cook the French toast sandwiches in the pan until golden brown on both sides.
