Cheese Chicken Nuggets

Instructions:

Prepping the Chicken Mixture:

  • Season that Chicken: Pour ground chicken into a mixing bowl, adding your array of spices—garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix it up, either by hand or spoon.
  • Craft the Balls: Grab about 1-1.5 tablespoons of your seasoned chicken mixture. Roll it into a spherical shape. Now, flatten it out.
  • Cheese, Please!: Add a pinch of mozzarella in the middle. Roll it back into a ball. Set aside on a plate and repeat for the remaining mixture.

The Dredging Dance:

  • Prep the Coating: Separate bowls are needed for your flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs.
  • Dredge Away: Immerse each chicken ball first in flour, next in egg, and finally roll it in breadcrumbs. Transfer to a plate. Repeat until all are coated.

Frying Those Nuggets to Perfection:

  • Get that Oil Hot: Pour your vegetable oil into a deep pot or frying pan.
  • Fry Time: Once your oil is sizzling hot, gently add the nuggets. Fry ’em up until they turn a tantalizing golden brown.
  • Sauces Galore: Serve immediately with mayo, ketchup, or barbecue sauce. The choice is yours!
