Oven Braised Beer Brats

Ingredients:

10 bratwurst sausages

1 large yellow onion, thinly sliced

48 ounces of beer (lager or ale recommended)

3 cloves minced garlic

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon of vegetable oil

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 400°F.

In a foil tray, arrange onion slices, garlic, and drizzle with oil.

Place brats on top, add beer, and cover halfway with liquid. Seal with foil.
