Brandied Fruit Recipe

  • 1 Box Yellow or White Cake Mix (Without Pudding)
  • 1 Small Box Vanilla Instant Pudding
  • 2/3 Cup Oil
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 1/2 Cups Brandied Fruit (No Juice), chopped
  • 1 Cup Raisins
  • 1 Cup Chopped Nuts
  • 1 Cup Coconut

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Grease and flour a Bundt cake pan.
  2. Mix up the cake mix and stir in the brandied fruit, vanilla instant pudding, oil, eggs, raisins, nuts, and coconut.
  3. Pour the mixture into the cake pan and bake for 1 hour or until done. You can also use loaf pans.
