Baked Potato Slices

These baked potato slices are prepared Hassleback style. That means they’re not done yet. We cut them vertically from top to bottom. They are then cooked until golden brown. Perfection on the plate.Potatoes are the perfect complement to any meat dish. A single potato can be prepared in a number of ways.

Ingredients

4 medium potatoes, I used the red ones
¼ teaspoon salt
⅛ teaspoon pepper
⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper
⅛ teaspoon garlic
⅛ teaspoon paprika
4 to 6 tablespoons olive oil

How to prepare baked potato slices Yes :

Wash and dry potatoes.
Cut the potato in half lengthwise and crosswise. (You can also cut the slices at an angle to make the potatoes crispier)
Preheat the oven to 400*.
Mix all spices.
Drizzle the potatoes with olive oil.
Sprinkle the potatoes evenly with the spice mixture.
Arrange the potatoes on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the oven for 40-45 minutes
