preparation
- First heat the olive oil in a pan with high sides and lightly fry the chicken breast fillets, then remove them from the pan and quickly fry the onions, peppers and mushrooms.
- Now add the chicken breast fillets again and stir in the tomato paste. Now add the milk and processed cheese and let everything simmer gently for a few minutes.
- Season with soy sauce, salt, pepper, garlic and paprika powder.
In my opinion, rice goes best with this dish, but it goes well with almost anything!
