How To Make Crispy Butter Chicken

Crispy butter chicken is an easy oven baked fried chicken with just a few ingredients in 30 minutes that your kids will LOVE!

There’s more than one way to fry a chicken. I’ve done Crispy Fried Chicken, Pioneer Take-Out Fried Chicken and Oven Fried Chicken, and crispy butter chicken is next in line.

This is an easy recipe to make on weeknights or when you don’t want to spend a lot of time cooking. Crunchy, crispy and with a rich taste you’d swear comes from a fancy restaurant, butter chicken is sure to be one of your new favorite recipes.

The thing I love about this recipe is the quick and easy dinner it makes. We keep the cracker crumbs ready ahead of time. If you want to crush a box of Ritz crackers ahead of time and keep them in your pantry, this recipe will take you less time to prepare than it takes for your oven to heat up!

I also use 6 ounce chicken breasts for this recipe, so if your chicken is much larger you may need to increase your cooking time. Some grocery stores sell chicken breasts that can weigh over 10 ounces each, so just be aware that you need to cook to doneness versus only following the time listed.

Ingredients:

2 large eggs beaten

1 cup Ritz cracker crumbs

1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

4 chicken breasts , boneless skinless (6 ounces each)

1/2 cup butter , cut into pieces

Orange Creamsicle Cheesecake Recipe

Beautiful, bright cheesecake packed with sweet orange flavors. This Orange Creamsicle Cheesecake is made with fresh orange flavors throughout, topped with orange whipped cream, orange glaze.

Was looking through some pictures on my old computer that I haven’t used in months and I discovered a file that I completely forgot about. Last spring, I started working on a small cheesecake cookbook that I was going to make digitally available on my site. I got 5-6 recipes in the spring but then, life got busy.

Summers are crazy for me, between my little man being off from school and keeping my readers happy with new recipes, I was only able to get a handful of extra recipes for the book before completely forgetting about it. Yes, I’m ashamed to say that I completely put that project on the back burner and forgot about it.

For this cheesecake, you will start with a cookie crumb base. You’ll need to let it chill out in the fridge for about 30 minutes or so.

Next, you’ll mix up the no-bake cheesecake, then the orange mixture. You’ll add a whipped cream mixture to both the cheesecake and orange mixture before layering them both into the prepared crust.

The No-Bake Orange Creamsicle Cheesecake will have to hang out in the fridge again for about 8 hours, or overnight, to set up completely.

This has got to be the best peach cobbler EVER. It’s full of juicy ripe peaches, that we flavor with cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla. We make a delicious homemade flaky butter crust . All from scratch!

When I was pregnant with my son, Giovanni, I had many cravings. My number one craving had to be peach cobbler. Not just any peach cobbler, it had to be made by one of my aunts. Why? Because because in my opinion NO ONE can bake a true peach cobbler like my aunts. My aunts follow my Grandmas recipe, and I kid you not- it is the BEST! So today, I am going to share Grandma’s Southern Peach Cobbler recipe with you.

The secret to Grandma’s southern peach cobbler is the crust. We will not be using any store bought crust. We’re making our very own flaky buttery crust, that no store bought brand could compete with. The cobbler filling is going to amazing! It will be full of tender peaches. The juice from the cobbler will be lightly thickened without using cornstarch!

Watch the video below, and I will show exactly how I make my cobbler, crust and all! Also be sure to print out the recipe.

Full of flavor, this Crockpot Hot Dog Chili makes an ordinary hot dog extra delicious. Made in the slow cooker, it is the perfect addition to a hot dog bar with toppings, or serving on top of fries or burgers!

This crockpot hot dog chili will do a Detroit coney dog justice – just make sure you grill the hot dogs! If it is too thick for your liking, you can thin it out with additional water or even more ketchup.

Do you love chili dogs? My easy hot dog chili that I make in the slow cooker is the best you can make! So much flavor. Don’t use canned chili, used a good chili on your dogs!

Hot dogs are an easy way to get dinner on the table but why not make it spectacular? Pile this homemade hot dog chili sauce over your hot dogs and top with cheese and onions. You can even use this hot dog chili on a hot dog bar!

Hot dogs have always been a guilty pleasure in our home. I know, I know. There’s a litany of reasons not to eat them, including how unhealthy they are, the nitrates, etc.

And yet, I will continue to buy them when the mood strikes, and we’ll all continue to ‘relish’ every bite. Pun 100 % intended.

As with everything else in life, I just apply the mantra- everything in moderation.

I wouldn’t eat them everyday, although I’m pretty sure my kids would die happy if they could indulge in them morning, noon, and night.

If you prefer, however, you can of course use the Easy Sage and Onion Stuffing mixture to stuff the neck cavity of a turkey, or to stuff the main cavity of a chicken or duck. Do remember to weigh your bird once stuffed and calculate the cooking time based on the stuffed weight.
