- ¼ tsp Parsley dried
- ⅛ tsp Rosemary dried
- ¼ tsp Garlic Powder
- ¼ tsp Onion Granules
- ⅛ tsp Black Pepper
- Salt adjust to preference

Begin by cleaning the potatoes. You can either peel them using a peeler or leave the skin on, ensuring you wash thoroughly to eliminate any dirt.

After washing, pat the potatoes dry with paper towels.

Slice the potatoes uniformly. This ensures they bake evenly.

In a mixing bowl, combine the potato slices with the rosemary, garlic powder, parsley, onion granules, salt, black pepper, and your chosen oil. Ensure each slice is well-coated with the seasoning mix.

Prepare your baking tray by lining it with foil or parchment paper. Place the seasoned potato slices in a single layer on the tray, ensuring they do not overlap.

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake the potatoes for approximately 25-30 minutes. They’re done when they’re golden on the outside and soft inside.
