How To Make Sliced Baked Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 500 g Potatoes approx. 1lb
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable Sunflower, or Olive Oil
  • ¼ tsp Parsley dried
  •  tsp Rosemary dried
  • ¼ tsp Garlic Powder
  • ¼ tsp Onion Granules
  •  tsp Black Pepper
  • Salt adjust to preference

Instructions:

  • Begin by cleaning the potatoes. You can either peel them using a peeler or leave the skin on, ensuring you wash thoroughly to eliminate any dirt.
  • After washing, pat the potatoes dry with paper towels.
  • Slice the potatoes uniformly. This ensures they bake evenly.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the potato slices with the rosemary, garlic powder, parsley, onion granules, salt, black pepper, and your chosen oil. Ensure each slice is well-coated with the seasoning mix.
  • Prepare your baking tray by lining it with foil or parchment paper. Place the seasoned potato slices in a single layer on the tray, ensuring they do not overlap.
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake the potatoes for approximately 25-30 minutes. They’re done when they’re golden on the outside and soft inside.
  • Serve immediately and savor the taste!
