I’ve always enjoyed Thanksgiving because it’s a holiday centered around my favorite foods, gratitude, and family. Spices, vegetables, and lots of butter – what else could I ask for? I believe the best part of Thanksgiving dinner is the mix of flavors, but I really love sweet potato casserole. It’s a side dish that you don’t often see during the rest of the year, but on Thanksgiving Day, it’s essential. And this is the recipe I always use for it.
