Directions:
Wash and cut the green peppers into small pieces.
Heat olive or coconut oil over medium heat in a pan.
Add the chopped green peppers to the oil and let it simmer for about fifteen minutes.
The oil will absorb the nutrients from the peppers.
Allow the oil to cool; then strain out the pepper pieces and store the infused oil in a clean bottle.
Massage the green pepper oil onto your scalp for 10-15 minutes. For best results, leave it on for at least one hour, preferably overnight, then wash it out with a mild shampoo.
