Baked Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges

Ingredients:

For the Potato Wedges:

  1. 4 large russet potatoes, washed and cut into wedges
  2. 2 tablespoons olive oil
  3. 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  4. 1 teaspoon onion powder
  5. 1 teaspoon paprika
  6. 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  7. Salt and black pepper to taste

For the Parmesan Topping: 8. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  1. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare Potatoes:
    • Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges. Make sure they are similar in size for even cooking.
