Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix flour with Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Dip lobster pieces into the seasoned flour, shaking off excess.
  3. Dip the floured lobster into the beaten eggs, ensuring an even coating.
  4. Roll the lobster in breadcrumbs or panko, pressing gently to adhere.
  5. In a deep skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat until hot.
  6. Fry the coated lobster pieces in batches until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove with a slotted spoon and place on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
  8. Serve the Fried Lobster immediately with lemon wedges on the side.
