No-Bake S’MORES Chocolate Pie

Instructions:

For the Graham Cracker Crust:
1. In a bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until the mixture resembles wet sand.
2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust.
3. Refrigerate the crust for at least 30 minutes to set.
For the Chocolate Filling:
1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the semisweet chocolate chips and heavy cream.
2. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring each time, until the chocolate is fully melted and the mixture is smooth.
3. Stir in the vanilla extract until well combined.
4. Pour the chocolate filling into the chilled graham cracker crust and spread it evenly.
5. Refrigerate the pie for at least 2 hours to set.
For the Marshmallow Topping:
1. Once the chocolate filling is set, top the pie with mini marshmallows, covering the entire surface.
2. Optionally, use a kitchen torch to lightly toast the marshmallows for that classic s’mores effect.
3. Serve and savor the delightful No-Bake S’MORES Chocolate Pie!
