Ingredients (Serves 8):

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 ½ cups sugar

  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of freshly grated nutmeg
  • 1 (9 inch) pie crust, unbaked

Directions:
