  • Egg, 1

  • Rotisserie chicken, shredded, 2 cups (or leftovers)
  • Mozzarella, 1 and a half cups, grated
  • Ricotta cheese, 1 cup

How To Make Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Rolls:

  1. Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and grease a baking dish for your lasagna rolls.
  2. Prepare Lasagna Noodles: Cook lasagna noodles in boiling water as per packet instructions. Drain and wash them under cold water or add olive oil to prevent sticking. Lay them flat on a baking sheet.
