BBQ Bacon Wrapped Shrimp

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Lay the bacon on a sheet pan in a single layer and cook for 7-8 minutes until slightly cooked. Remove the bacon from the oven and place it on paper towels to drain excess grease.
  2. Once the bacon is cool enough to handle, cut each strip in half and wrap a piece around each shrimp. Place the wrapped shrimp on a clean baking sheet with the seam side of the bacon down.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the BBQ sauce, honey, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well.
  4. Bake the shrimp for 7-8 minutes, then remove from the oven and brush the glaze generously over the shrimp. Return the shrimp to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. Remove the shrimp from the oven, switch on the broiler, brush the shrimp with more glaze, and broil for 3-4 minutes until the glaze caramelizes and the bacon turns crispy.
  6. Serve these irresistible BBQ bacon wrapped shrimp immediately for a mouthwatering experience!
