Ingredients:
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- Zest of 2 lemons
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Lemon Glaze:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- Lemon zest for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a Bundt pan.
- Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- Creaming Process: In another bowl, cream together softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
