Ingredients
1.5 cups oatmeal
1 apple, chopped
1 banana, mashed
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
40g walnuts, chopped
Directions
Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 180°C (360°F).
Prepare Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the oatmeal, chopped apple, mashed banana, cinnamon, melted coconut oil, and chopped walnuts. Mix well.
Bake
Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the mixture is set.
Cool
Remove from the oven and let it cool down slightly before serving.
