PEANUT BUTTER BALLS AKA BUCKEYE BALLS
Ingredients:
°16 oz. peanut butter
°1 pound icing sugar
°1.5 sticks (3/4 cup) butter
°melted chocolate bark for dipping.
Directions:
– Mix peanut butter, sugar and butter.
– Roll into balls, insert a toothpick (for easier dipping) and chill in the freezer for about 30 minutes.
– Dip in melted chocolate, place on waxed paper lined cookie sheet
