Watermelon Ice Cream

Puree the watermelon in a blender until smooth. Strain to remove pulp.
In a bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
Fold in the watermelon puree, sugar, and lemon juice until well combined.
Pour into a container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
